Meet the Staff
Dr. Cynthia Sagel
Dr. Sagel is a 2004 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Miami University. A native "west-sider", Dr. Sagel grew up near Harrison, Ohio and attended McAuley High School. Her love for animals began at an early age: multiple dogs, cats, rabbits, and a horse played important roles in her life. She and her husband, Jay, reside in West Chester with their twin daughters, a younger son, and Kali, a very energetic Cocker Spaniel. In her free time, Dr. Sagel enjoys boating, camping, gardening, and cooking. She really enjoys the close, personal relationships she is able to build with her clients and their pets in the small setting of Camargo Animal Hospital.
RVT, Veterinary Technician/Office Manager
Shelli Caskey started her career in 1998 after she graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Veterinary Technology. She helped launch the opening of Camargo Animal Hospital in 2003 and has strived to make its patients and their owners feel like family. She has a passion for geriatric pets and assisting with general surgery. Shelli and her husband have welcomed 8 homeless pets into their home: 7 beautiful, spoiled cats and 1 crazy terrier mix. She enjoys scrapbooking, reading and pampering her furry kids.
Jodi Folzenlogen is a graduate of Mt. Notre Dame High School and is currently a pre-veterinary student at The Ohio State University. Jodi has lots of experience, including working at an animal shelter, a spay-neuter clinic, and a dog park. During the school year, Jodi volunteers in the OSU Veterinary Hospital Small Animal ICU. Jodi is a quick thinker and she loves all animals- she has multiple pets of her own. Jodi will be working with us as she gains insight into her chosen career.
